Pool Rules
Certified lifeguards and an active community membership work together to help insure safety season after season.
Keep Safe
1. Members and guests must register at the gate - Guest fee $5
(Books of 10 Guest Passes are available for $40)
2. A member must be 11 or rising 6th grader to enter pool without an adult.
3. Guests are limited to 7 visits per season.
4. Minor members with guests under 18 must have written permission
of the adult member to be admitted.
5. Babysitters must be at least 15 and remain with child at all times.
6. Babysitters may not bring guests.
7. No one over 6 years old allowed in baby pool. Parents are responsible
for discipline in baby pool at all times and must remain in baby pool
enclosure if child is in baby pool.
8. Pool will be closed if water temperature is < 72 degrees.
9. Pool will be closed for 15 minutes when thunder is heard & for 30 minutes upon the sign of lightning.
10. Admission will be denied anyone with illness, injury, or condition
which could endanger others.
11. Persons intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be admitted.
12. No smoking allowed anywhere inside the pool area.
13. No loitering allowed at the front gate or on the grounds.
14. No pets allowed.
15. No gum or food allowed in the pool.
16. No loose fitting jewelry allowed to be worn while in the pool.
17. No glass containers allowed inside the gates.
18. No diapers in the pool. Rubber/vinyl pants must be worn over swim diapers.
19. No floats allowed in pool unless approved by manager. Children
3 or under may use floats if accompanied by an adult in the pool.
20. No running on pool deck or in the building
21. No horseplay in the pool, pool area or building (including restrooms & games room)
22. Basketball is to played from within the pool only and with the approved
WRA balls. No shooting from the deck or while jumping into the pool.
23. No hanging on the basketball goals.
24. All swimmers under 10 must pass a swim test under lifeguard supervision before using the diving boards or swimming in the diving well.
25. Diving well is restricted to diving from the diving boards.
26. No one is allowed in the diving well to catch a child from the boards.
27. Only front approach is allowed on the high dive.
28. No throwing objects to those on the diving boards.
29. No diving towards the sides of the pool from the diving boards.
30. No skateboards, Razors, bicycles or any other mode of transport allowed in the pool area, building, or front porch.
31. No food, drink, or wet bathing suits allowed in the games room
32. Access to the upstairs is not permitted without authorized permission
